💰 Salary: $1,500 – $1,750 USD per month

About the Opportunity
Latino Legends is excited to represent a premier property and real estate management company looking for a dedicated Receptionist to join their growing team.
In this role, you will serve as the primary brand ambassador and first point of contact for the client’s corporate office. You will play a vital part in streamlining communications across phone, email, and web platforms, ensuring every caller and client receives prompt, professional support.
Position Summary
As the Receptionist, you will manage all incoming phone calls, central email inboxes, and web inquiries. You will direct communications to the proper regional and property managers, provide overflow support for sales teams, and handle essential clerical duties to keep daily operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Phone Management:
Answer, filter, and route all primary inbound calls for the corporate office.
Provide sales overflow support by answering customer calls during high-volume periods.
Resolve routine inquiries directly and escalate complex calls to Regional Managers, Property Managers, or relevant departments.
Email & Online Inquiry Management:
Monitor, reply to, and organize messages coming into the main info and management email accounts.
Oversee website chatbot chats and online contact form submissions.
Ensure all incoming inquiries are logged quickly and forwarded to the correct property or regional office.
Information Routing & Tracking:
Assess client needs and resolve issues within your scope of authority.
Track pending requests to guarantee timely resolution and follow-up.
Administrative & Occasional Support:
Maintain call and inquiry tracking logs.
Assist with general clerical tasks, including document preparation, data entry, and filing.
Provide occasional after-hours or weekend monitoring for urgent emails/calls within agreed parameters.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: 1–2+ years in receptionist, administrative support, or corporate customer service roles.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills with a professional demeanor.
Tech Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning web chat and phone software.
Organization: Excellent time management, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
Industry Bonus: Prior experience in real estate or property management is a plus, but not required.
