Our client is a US-based property management company dedicated to building stronger communities. Their mission is built on the foundation of faith, family, freedom, integrity, and simplicity. Because safe, clean, affordable, and accessible housing is essential to a good life, they operate in an ethical, transparent, and efficient way to provide their residents with a well-managed, quiet, and beautiful place to call home.
They are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Remote Property Manager to join their team, oversee daily operations for their manufactured home communities, and help keep their business running like clockwork.
About You
Organization is your middle name: You take pride in being proactive, highly organized, and efficient. If you don’t know something, you take initiative to figure it out.
Firm, yet friendly: You love working with people and maintain a positive, pleasant attitude while remaining firm when enforcing community standards or rent collections.
Tech-savvy & computer literate: You move smoothly between programs like Rent Manager, MS Office (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel), Dropbox, and remote management tools.
Bilingual communicator: You are fully fluent in both written and spoken English and Spanish (un poquito de Spanglish is fine too!).
Key Responsibilities
Community & Resident Operations: Serve as one of the primary contacts for resident inquiries, notices, lease agreements, move-ins/move-outs, and conflict resolution with exceptional customer service.
Onsite & Vendor Management: Oversee and coordinate with onsite administrators, maintenance team members, and 3rd-party vendors. Collect competitive bids and supervise project completion.
Rent Manager Administration: Maintain accurate resident and homesite records in Rent Manager, track leases, log work orders, process payments, and ensure utility/meter data is logged properly.
Financial & Collections Oversight: Review resident balances daily, process rent collections, manage payment demand notices, handle deposit refunds, and keep delinquency low.
Maintenance & Property Standards: Coordinate maintenance requests efficiently, assist with minor site/utility project planning, and enforce community rules to keep properties clean, safe, and attractive.
Team Leadership & Hiring: Assist in recruiting, screening, evaluating, and managing onsite staff as needed, holding regular team status check-ins.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 2–5 years of property management experience (Manufactured Housing Community / Mobile Home Park experience strongly preferred).
Software: Proven proficiency in Rent Manager is required.
Languages: Advanced/Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken).
Technical Setup: High-speed internet, reliable phone service, quiet workspace, and comfort using Windows 11/remote tools.

Core Competencies Our Clients Value
Honesty & Integrity: Speaks plainly and truthfully; does the right thing, always.
Proactivity & Work Ethic: Acts without needing to be micromanaged; brings fresh ideas to the table.
