Administrative Support Specialist
Full Time: EST or CST hours | Monday–Friday
Salary: $1,200–$1,700/month, depending on experience
Location: Remote from LATAM
Type: Full-time International Contractor
Travel Requirement: U.S. tourist visa required for occasional paid trips to North Carolina

Role Overview
Are you organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to support meaningful programs?
As the Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a key role in keeping our client's workforce development and operational initiatives running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include managing data, maintaining internal systems, and supporting project teams with administrative and organizational tasks that strengthen efficiency and alignment across the company.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain data entry processes in Excel and other digital tools.
Update and monitor dashboards to track performance metrics and project progress.
Support the operational structure of projects through documentation, scheduling, and process improvement.
Assist with coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and managing team calendars.
Maintain accurate records, file organization, and documentation for ongoing projects and programs.
Collaborate with program managers to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
Contribute to the development and refinement of internal systems for operational efficiency.
Requirements
Proven experience in administrative, operational, or data management support.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data tracking or dashboard software.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
Experience supporting project teams or process-driven work environments preferred.
Willingness to travel ocassionally to North Carolina.
