Senior Technical Project Manager
Remote | LATAM | Central Time (CT) Aligned | Contractor Position
Compensation: $3,500–$4,500 USD/month, depending on experience

Combining hardware and software solutions, the organization is focused on delivering impactful healthcare experiences while building the operational infrastructure needed to support significant growth.
As the company enters a critical expansion phase, they are seeking a highly execution-focused Senior Technical Project Manager to help coordinate initiatives, streamline operations, and drive cross-functional projects forward.
This role is ideal for someone who excels in fast-paced environments, enjoys tackling complex challenges, and can bring structure and clarity to evolving processes. You will work closely with leadership, product, engineering, and external partners to ensure strategic initiatives remain organized, aligned, and on schedule.
This is a hands-on execution role for someone who enjoys solving problems, conducting research, coordinating stakeholders, and transforming ideas into actionable plans.
What You'll Do
Strategic Project Coordination
Partner with executive, product, and engineering teams to translate company objectives into clear project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Ensure priorities remain aligned across teams and initiatives.
Operational Process Improvement
Help develop and refine scalable project management processes, workflows, and systems that support growth across a distributed organization.
Project Planning & Scoping
Work closely with technical teams to define project requirements, assess dependencies, estimate timelines, and coordinate resource planning for new initiatives.
Vendor & Partner Management
Research, evaluate, and coordinate relationships with manufacturers, service providers, contractors, and operational partners to support business objectives.
International Expansion Support
Assist with researching and coordinating the operational, technical, and regulatory requirements associated with launching products and services in new markets.
Reporting & Business Operations
Develop and maintain operational reporting frameworks, project dashboards, and performance metrics that help leadership make informed decisions.
Quality & Compliance Coordination
Support process documentation, SOP development, testing initiatives, quality programs, and compliance-related efforts as the organization continues to mature.
Cross-Functional Execution
Identify blockers, coordinate stakeholders, and drive projects through completion while maintaining clear communication across departments.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, Program Management, Operations, or related cross-functional leadership roles.
Experience supporting projects that involve both hardware and software products is highly preferred.
Comfortable working in high-growth environments where processes and systems are still evolving.
Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly learn unfamiliar topics.
Experience coordinating distributed teams across multiple time zones.
Background working with external vendors, contractors, manufacturers, or operational partners.
Proficiency with project management and documentation platforms such as Asana, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to operate independently and take ownership of complex initiatives.
Previous experience supporting scaling organizations is highly valued.
