Oversee relationships with domestic and Canadian 3PL providers, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and service-level performance.
Monitor inventory levels across multiple warehouse locations and collaborate with demand planning teams to implement replenishment strategies that prevent stockouts and excess inventory.
Analyze shipping costs, transit times, and operational performance to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost savings.
Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for logistics and fulfillment operations.
Partner cross-functionally with demand planning, sales, marketing, operations, and customer experience teams to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
Resolve logistics challenges, including shipment delays, damages, and inventory discrepancies.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including on-time delivery, order accuracy, inventory performance, and shipping costs.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3–7+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or operations, preferably within e-commerce, consumer goods, or retail environments.

Familiarity with U.S.-based 3PL operations, warehouse management systems (WMS), and ERP platforms.
Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
Excellent communication, organizational, and vendor management skills.
Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
