Software Engineer (.NET Core & Angular)

Latino Legends is partnering with a U.S.-based company building high-scale digital marketing and product delivery platforms used by thousands of clients globally.

We’re looking for a backend-focused Software Engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and building reliable, scalable systems. If you’re strongest in .NET Core and comfortable working with Angular, this role offers the right mix of ownership, impact, and growth.

The Opportunity

This role is primarily focused on backend development, with opportunities to contribute across the stack. You’ll help build and evolve systems that power marketing microsites, product delivery platforms, and critical integrations—all within a modern, cloud-native environment.

You’ll collaborate with a distributed team across the U.S. and Latin America, contributing to API design, performance optimization, and emerging AI-driven features.

What You’ll Bring

Core Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of professional software development experience

• Strong proficiency in C# / .NET Core and ASP.NET MVC

• Experience building RESTful APIs and working with ORMs like Entity Framework

• Working knowledge of Angular (v12+), JavaScript, and/or TypeScript

• Experience with SQL Server and solid database design fundamentals

• Understanding of SOLID principles, design patterns, and unit testing

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

• Strong English communication skills

Modern Development Approach:

• Comfortable using AI tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, etc.) to accelerate development while maintaining strong engineering judgment

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Docker and containerized environments

• Familiarity with Azure

• Exposure to event-driven systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ)

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)

• Understanding of multi-tenant SaaS architectures

What You’ll Do

Engineering (≈80%)

• Build and maintain backend services using .NET Core

• Write efficient SQL queries and optimize data performance

• Develop integrations with third-party platforms

• Support Angular-based frontend features when needed

• Debug and resolve production issues

• Deliver high-quality code using both first-principles thinking and AI-assisted tools

Team & Quality (≈20%)

• Participate in Agile ceremonies (planning, standups, retrospectives)

• Contribute to code reviews and testing practices

• Document technical decisions and system behavior

• Collaborate with engineers and architects on system design

• Communicate progress and blockers clearly
