Inside Salesperson

Location: Remote (LATAM)
Reports To: Head of Direct Sales

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $1,500 – $2,000/month

• Commission: 2% on closed volume

• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $4,000+ per month

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (MST/MDT)

Role Overview

Our client is looking for a driven and resourceful Inside Sales Representative based in LATAM to support both outbound and inbound sales efforts. This role focuses on building pipeline, qualifying leads, and closing deals across key regional markets. You’ll work closely with marketing and partnerships teams to identify opportunities, nurture prospects, and directly contribute to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach (email, phone, and social channels)

• Qualify inbound leads and guide prospects through the sales funnel

• Conduct product demos and clearly communicate the company’s value proposition

• Manage and maintain a healthy pipeline within CRM tools

• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns tailored to LATAM audiences

• Build relationships with distributors, gyms, and strategic partners

• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Provide market feedback to inform product and go-to-market strategy

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or a similar role

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Experience selling fitness, hardware, SaaS, or consumer products is a plus

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
