ABOUT OUR CLIENT
Our client is Colorado's go-to studio for ROI-driven short-term rental design and project management. Founded by designers who are also STR investors, the team combines creative precision with operational discipline to deliver properties that outperform industry benchmarks. Every project is data-informed, design-led, and executed end-to-end, from concept through install.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a full-time, remote operations role at the center of a fast-growing design studio. You will own the day-to-day systems that keep projects moving, clients informed, and the business running smoothly. Across four key areas, you will be managing admin and back-office operations, handling client communications, supporting project delivery, and helping drive business development activity.
This is not a passive support role. The right person is a proactive operator who takes ownership, communicates with clarity, and identifies and fills gaps without being asked. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days look the same, and you take pride in keeping everything organized and on track, this role is built for you.
