Sales Representative – Logistics (Ocean, Drayage & Warehousing)
Location: Remote (Latin America)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST
Compensation: $1,800 – $2,500 USD base + 3% commission on closed volume
About the Opportunity
Latino Legends is partnering with a Southern California–based logistics provider to hire a high-performing Sales Representative focused on ocean freight solutions.
This is not a brokerage. Our client owns and operates its own trucks, chassis, and warehouse facilities—enabling fully transparent, all-in pricing with no hidden fees. They support high-volume importers moving freight through the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach, offering end-to-end services including drayage, warehousing, transloading, and LCL consolidation.
The Role
We’re looking for a true hunter—someone who thrives in outbound sales and knows how to open doors, build relationships, and close deals.
You’ll be responsible for identifying and converting importers and logistics decision-makers moving containers through Southern California ports. This is a fast-paced, high-volume outreach role with strong earning potential tied directly to performance.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Prospecting & Pipeline Generation
Identify importers moving containers through Los Angeles and Long Beach ports
Research and source key decision-makers (email and phone)
Execute high-volume outbound outreach via email, calls, and follow-ups
Build and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities
Sales Execution & Closing
Position asset-based advantages over traditional brokers
Understand customer pain points (pricing volatility, chassis fees, delays)
Present clear, all-in, flat-rate solutions
Close new business and ensure smooth handoff to operations
Maintain relationships to drive repeat and long-term volume
Solutions You’ll Sell
Drayage services at LA / Long Beach terminals
All-in, flat-rate pricing with no chassis fees or hidden costs
LCL consolidation and deconsolidation
Transloading services via a high-capacity warehouse:
56 dock doors
Ability to handle hundreds of containers daily
Fully asset-based model (equipment, chassis, and facilities owned in-house)

What We’re Looking For
Required
Strong outbound sales (“hunter”) mindset
Proven experience prospecting and closing via phone and email
Understanding of:
Ocean imports
Drayage operations
Ports of Los Angeles & Long Beach
Ability to work independently and manage a full sales pipeline
Excellent communication and closing skills
Fluent English and Spanish (required)
Preferred
Existing book of business or port-related network
Experience selling asset-based logistics (vs. brokerage)
Familiarity with container tracking tools or port systems
Background in logistics, freight, or transportation sales
