About the Role
The company is seeking a Growth Marketing Lead with a strong foundation in marketing leadership who can combine strategic thinking, operational precision, and modern AI tools to drive marketing performance.
This role will be responsible for building and optimizing scalable marketing systems that support property occupancy, investor engagement, and long-term portfolio growth.
The ideal candidate understands both growth marketing and operational execution, and is comfortable leveraging AI tools, automation platforms, and data analytics to streamline workflows, enhance reporting, improve campaign performance, and drive measurable results.
This is a hands-on leadership role within a technology-forward real estate organization.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Growth
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the firm’s investment and portfolio growth goals
Identify and implement scalable lead generation strategies for property acquisition, investors, and tenants
Create and manage marketing funnels that support property occupancy and new investment opportunities
Analyze market trends and competitive positioning to identify new growth opportunities
Digital Marketing & Performance Optimization
Oversee multi-channel digital marketing initiatives including:
Paid media (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn)
SEO and organic growth
Email marketing and automation
Website optimization and conversion rate improvements
Content marketing and thought leadership
Additional responsibilities:
Monitor and optimize key performance metrics including lead quality, CPL, CAC, and ROI
Implement data-driven testing frameworks to continuously improve marketing performance
AI, Automation & Marketing Operations
Integrate AI-powered tools and automation platforms into marketing workflows to increase efficiency and output
Utilize AI tools for:
Content generation and optimization
Campaign analysis and reporting
Lead scoring and segmentation
Marketing automation workflows
Improve reporting systems and dashboards to provide leadership with clear insights into marketing performance and pipeline impact
Property & Portfolio Marketing
Develop marketing strategies that maximize property visibility, leasing velocity, and occupancy rates
Ensure property listings, marketing materials, and digital assets meet high-quality brand standards
Optimize listing distribution across real estate platforms and digital channels
Brand & Market Positioning
Strengthen brand presence within the real estate investment and property management space
Ensure consistent messaging across digital channels, marketing materials, and investor communications
Support content initiatives that position the company as a forward-thinking real estate operator leveraging technology and data
Data & Reporting
Build and maintain marketing dashboards and analytics frameworks
Track marketing attribution, campaign performance, and revenue contribution
Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to leadership based on marketing data
Team & Vendor Management
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners including:
Designers
Content creators
Digital marketing specialists
Agencies
Manage vendor relationships and ensure marketing initiatives are delivered efficiently and on budget
Ownership & Proactive Leadership
This role is designed for a builder and proactive problem solver, not a task executor.
The Marketing Director will take full ownership of marketing performance and continuously identify opportunities to improve systems, campaigns, and processes.

Qualifications
Required
5+ years of marketing experience, including senior leadership responsibilities
Familiarity with AI tools and automation platforms
Proven experience managing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns
Strong understanding of performance marketing and lead generation
Experience using analytics and marketing automation tools
Comfortable working in technology-driven and data-focused environments
Excellent project management and communication skills
Preferred
Experience in real estate, property management, proptech, or real estate investment
Experience working in fast-growing or startup environments
Experience managing remote or distributed teams
