Remote | Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Central Time)
Compensation: $1,600 – $2,200 USD/month (based on experience)

Latino Legends is actively searching for a highly detail-oriented Operations Coordinator on behalf of one of our most esteemed clients—a fast-growing, operations-driven organization known for its commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and customer excellence.
This role plays a critical part in supporting day-to-day operations, with a primary focus on order entry, fulfillment coordination, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate thrives in structured environments, enjoys working with systems and data, and takes pride in ensuring orders move seamlessly from entry to delivery.
Position Overview
The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for accurately entering customer orders into internal systems, monitoring fulfillment progress, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely, accurate delivery. This role is essential to maintaining smooth operational workflows and delivering a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Order Entry & Processing
Accurately enter and validate customer orders within ERP systems
Confirm order details, including SKUs, pricing, quantities, and customer information
Monitor order status throughout the fulfillment cycle and proactively resolve errors, discrepancies, or backorders
Generate and distribute order-related documentation, including invoices, bills of lading (BOLs), and shipping labels
Cross-Functional Coordination
Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service teams to clarify order requirements and resolve issues
Work closely with Warehouse and Logistics teams to align inventory availability with order commitments
Support invoicing accuracy and assist with order reconciliation
Administrative & Reporting Support
Maintain accurate and up-to-date order records in compliance with internal policies
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, fulfillment timelines, and error rates
Provide regular updates to management on order processing status and potential risks
General Operations Support
Assist with shipment scheduling and coordination with carriers or 3PL partners
Support process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and reducing errors
Provide general administrative and operational support as needed
Ideal Candidate Profile
Exceptionally detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Comfortable working in ERP systems and managing high-volume order data
Strong communicator who collaborates effectively across teams
Proactive problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset
Able to work reliably during Central Time business hours
