This role is ideal for someone who’s analytical, proactive, and detail-obsessed — a professional who can confidently own auditing, compliance, and operational accuracy while keeping on-site teams aligned with deadlines and standards.
Key Responsibilities

Ensure accounts have been sent for collections
Ensure all collections are moving along and not missing any documentation
Ensure month end reclassification and accruals are submitted along with tenant ledgers
Review monthly leases, renewals, etc in ACPs and provide bonus report
Compliance & Coordination
Act as the central point of contact for property compliance and lender-assigned tasks.
Track, follow up, and ensure completion of compliance tasks and required documentation (including proof submissions).
Filter and manage Purchase Orders (POs) through the accounting system for approval.
Guarantee all month-end reports meet company compliance standards.
Ensure ACPs are complete for each new tenant and in compliance
Operational Oversight
Review monthly budgets and reports to flag properties operating outside their financial targets.
Support continuous improvement in operational efficiency and accountability.
