Compensation: $2,000/month

About the Role
Latino Legends is recruiting on behalf of an innovative, mission-driven healthcare portfolio company transforming how patients access legal alternative medicines. The company supports both individuals seeking evidence-based care and healthcare centers aiming to improve operations and patient outcomes.
We’re seeking a proactive Business Development Representative (BDR) with strong cold calling abilities and experience in organic lead generation through social media and CRM platforms like HubSpot. This role is key to driving patient and provider engagement by identifying opportunities, building connections, and nurturing qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective patients and healthcare providers
Research and engage new prospects through organic social media outreach (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
Communicate the value of the company’s services with empathy and clarity
Qualify leads based on needs, interests, and readiness
Book appointments and consultations for patient care or business development teams
Maintain accurate, detailed records in HubSpot and other CRM tools
Collaborate with internal teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging
Stay informed on healthcare trends, legal frameworks, and company updates
Ideal Candidate Profile
Excellent English communication skills—confident, empathetic, and persuasive
1–2 years of experience in cold calling, lead generation, or sales development (healthcare experience a plus)
Proven ability to generate leads organically through social media and digital channels
Experience using HubSpot or similar CRMs to track outreach and manage pipelines
Highly organized, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
Comfortable managing a high call volume in a fast-paced environment
Professional and respectful when discussing sensitive healthcare topics
Flexible and available across all U.S. time zones
