The Opportunity
As a Business Analyst, you’ll play a key role in understanding how our clients operate, identifying process improvements, and helping design smarter systems using HubSpot and other business tools.
You’ll collaborate with consultants, project managers, and technical specialists to turn business challenges into efficient workflows and actionable insights. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to grow in RevOps, business systems, and data analysis while working with global clients.
What You’ll Do
Analyze client business processes to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency
Gather and document requirements, workflows, and user stories
Support the design and configuration of HubSpot and other RevOps tools
Help define KPIs and reporting needs to support better decision-making
Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure solutions meet business goals
Assist in testing, validation, and post-launch improvements
Conduct market and data analysis to support project recommendations
Maintain clear documentation and communicate findings with both technical and non-technical audiences
What We’re Looking For
1–2 years of experience in business analysis, RevOps, CRM systems, or similar roles
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM/marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred)
Comfortable working with data and reporting tools (Google Sheets, Excel, or BI platforms)
Strong attention to detail and process-oriented thinking
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a remote environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
Nice-to-Have
HubSpot certifications or hands-on experience
Exposure to integrations, APIs, or workflow automation
Basic SQL or data analysis skills
Experience with SaaS, consulting, or B2B service environments
