Job Title: Data Scientist – Digital Media Team

Salary: $2,500 – $3,500/month (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM EST with a 1-hour lunch each day.

We are looking for a talented Data Scientist to join their dynamic digital media team. In this role, you will turn complex data into actionable insights, helping the team optimize campaigns, refine content strategies, and improve overall digital performance.
This position is ideal for someone passionate about translating numbers into narratives that drive business growth and enhance digital engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Track, analyze, and interpret performance metrics across digital platforms, including website traffic, impressions, click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, bounce rates, and ROI using tools such as Google Analytics (GA4) and Meta Ads Manager.
Prepare monthly and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights on campaign performance, audience behavior, and content effectiveness to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and optimization experiments to improve user experience, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
Monitor trends, spikes, or dips in metrics and provide actionable recommendations to refine content, campaigns, and budget allocation.
Perform competitor research and market analysis to benchmark performance and identify opportunities for innovation.
Collaborate with teams to set KPIs, ensure data integrity via proper tagging and tracking, and integrate insights into broader business objectives.
Assist in data aggregation, cleaning, and visualization to support real-time decision-making and long-term planning.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Marketing, Statistics, Business Intelligence, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in digital media, marketing, or a related industry. Experience with multichannel campaigns is a plus. Working knowledge of Google Ads and other digital marketing networks is advantageous.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and data visualization platforms such as TapClicks or PowerBI.
Strong knowledge of Excel, SQL for data querying, and familiarity with digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Suite).
Understanding of A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and basic web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Soft Skills:
Exceptional analytical and critical thinking abilities to interpret complex data and deliver actionable recommendations.
Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively share insights with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
