We’re searching on behalf of a U.S.-based real estate investment firm that’s expanding its team — and they’re looking for a Real Estate Acquisitions Coordinator to help qualify and close motivated seller leads.

This is a phone-based, sales-forward role with warm and inbound leads already coming in daily — you just need to build trust, ask smart questions, and help close the deal.

About the Company

You’ll be joining a U.S. real estate investment group that specializes in buying residential properties directly from homeowners — often in situations where a traditional sale doesn’t work. They provide flexible, fast, and fair offers to sellers navigating inherited properties, repairs, or time-sensitive moves.

The company runs a remote-first, lead-driven sales operation — and they’re growing fast. You’ll be a key player in turning qualified leads into signed contracts.

Your Daily Responsibilities:

• ☎️ Make 100+ calls daily to inbound and warm leads — these are property owners who’ve already shown interest or requested an offer

• 🗣 Maintain 3+ hours of phone talk time per day

• 💼 Send 2+ offers daily based on seller motivation and property info

• 🔍 Qualify leads based on urgency, property condition, and price expectations

• 🧾 Keep the CRM fully updated with notes, statuses, and next steps

• 🤝 Coordinate with the acquisitions and closing teams to help bring deals over the line

You’re a Great Fit If You Have:

• ✅ Sales experience — especially phone-based (SDR, inside sales, or real estate roles)

• ✅ Real Estate experience

• ✅ Proven ability to convert warm leads, build rapport quickly, and move conversations forward

• ✅ Excellent communication, active listening, and negotiation skills

• ✅ Fluent in English — both spoken and written

• ✅ Tech-savvy with experience using CRMs, dialers, and online communication tools

• ✅ Self-motivated, coachable, and driven by results
