Location: Remote (Latin America)
Position Type: Full-time
Salary Range: $3,000 – $4,000 USD/month (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (PST optional, EST preferred)

About the Role
Latino Legends is proud to partner with this innovative RevOps agency in their search for a Team Lead – Client Delivery. This leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about high-quality client delivery, coaching others, and driving continuous improvement.
The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing delivery excellence across client accounts, supporting and guiding a team of Client Success Managers and Implementation Specialists, and stepping in as a strategic escalation point when needed. This role blends project management, client strategy, and team leadership.
In addition to mentoring others, the Team Lead will directly manage a small portfolio of strategic or managed service accounts. This ensures they remain hands-on with processes and tools, and are deeply connected to the client experience they’re helping shape and lead.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the final quality check before client deliverables go out
Lead or support client communications when escalations occur
Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to improve clarity, prioritization, and execution
Monitor project timelines, delivery health, and team workloads
Ensure accountability to internal SOPs and documentation standards
Balance the team’s mix of strategic and tactical work
Help scope and assign work for new projects and initiatives
Track and respond to performance indicators like client feedback, delays, or delivery bottlenecks
Identify and propose improvements to internal processes, templates, and onboarding systems
Requirements
Must-Haves:
2+ years of experience in client delivery, RevOps, or project/account management
Strong ownership mindset with initiative and follow-through
Agency or B2B SaaS experience
Working knowledge of the HubSpot platform
Proven ability to coach team members and lead delivery reviews
Excellent written communication and attention to detail
Comfortable leading tough conversations and maintaining accountability
Nice-to-Haves:
HubSpot certifications (RevOps, Sales Hub, CMS, etc.)
Experience with ClickUp, Slack, and Zapier
Exposure to CRM implementations or operations consulting
Bilingual in English + Spanish or Portuguese
