Compensation: $1,500–$2,000 base + $3,000–$3,500 OTE
About the Role
Latino Legends is seeking a driven and persuasive Account Executive on behalf of our client—an emerging AI startup helping businesses improve their visibility in platforms like ChatGPT and other AI tools. Think of it as SEO for AI—a fast-growing niche that’s already generating substantial inbound demand from SMBs, marketing agencies, and enterprise companies.
This role will focus primarily on converting small and midsize business leads into new customers. The ideal candidate is a confident closer, able to guide prospects from first demo to decision across a 1–2 call sales cycle. With a consistent stream of 25–50 qualified meetings per month, the Account Executive’s mission is to educate, inspire urgency, and drive adoption.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full sales cycle: from initial meeting to contract signature
Lead 1–2 call closes with highly interested SMBs and agency prospects
Articulate the strategic importance of AI visibility and how our client’s solution addresses it
Build trust and urgency while positioning the platform as a must-have
Collaborate directly with the founder to shape and scale the sales process
Contribute to future sales hiring and leadership as the team grows
Ideal Candidate Profile
2+ years of experience in B2B sales in tech or marketing services
Demonstrated success closing cold or warm leads in short sales cycles
Confident, clear communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments
Strong sense of ownership and initiative
Comfortable educating prospects and handling objections with empathy
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Experience selling to SMBs or marketing agencies is a strong plus

Compensation
Base Salary: $1,500–$2,000 USD/month based on experience
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $3,000–$3,500 USD/month (base + commission)
