We’re on the lookout for a proactive and relationship-driven Enterprise Account Manager to join Affinity’s growing remote team.
💼 About the Role
As an Enterprise Account Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for brokers using the Affinity platform. From onboarding to ongoing support, you’ll help users unlock the full power of this innovative tool — while bringing valuable customer insights back to the tech team.
This is more than account management — it’s a high-impact, high-visibility role at the intersection of technology and insurance.
🔑 What You’ll Do
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned brokers, building lasting relationships.
- Run demos of the Affinity platform to highlight features and drive adoption.
- Lead onboarding sessions for new brokers, ensuring smooth and successful launches.
- Assist brokers with carrier provisioning and resolve issues quickly and thoroughly.
- Collaborate directly with brokers to understand their day-to-day operations and needs.
- Collect feedback on new features and share actionable insights with the product/tech team.
- Align all client interactions with Affinity’s core values of service, innovation, and transparency.
✅ What You Bring
- Fluent English (spoken and written) — a must.
- 5+ years in B2B insurance sales.
- 5+ years in customer service or account management.
- Strong understanding of broker and carrier relationships, particularly in specialty insurance lines (Cyber, D&O, EPLI, etc.).
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive, self-starter mentality with a commitment to client success.
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms.
- Available to work early hours aligned with U.S. time zones.

- 💰 Monthly salary: $2,500 – $2,800 USD
