Job Title: Recruiting Manager – Mid-Market Division
Location: Remote from Latin America
Employment Type: Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM EST
Compensation: $2000 base + generous performance bonuses

Latino Legends is proud to partner with a top-performing, minority-owned, diversity-certified staffing firm to hire a Recruiting Manager who will build and lead the company’s new mid-market recruiting division.
This is a foundational leadership role. You’ll start by actively recruiting for mid-market clients, then rapidly scale operations, hire top recruiters, and create the playbook that defines this high-performance recruiting engine.

Role Overview
As the Recruiting Manager – Mid-Market Division, you’ll serve as both a player and a coach. In the early stage, you’ll manage hands-on recruiting. As growth takes off, you’ll build, lead, and optimize a recruiting team capable of delivering consistent, high-volume results in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Phase 1: Hands-On Recruiting
Partner with sales to understand client needs and build pipelines for mid-market hiring.
Manage the full recruiting lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placements.
Deliver outstanding experiences to both candidates and clients.
Phase 2: Team Building & Leadership
Develop and execute a scaling plan: define staffing needs, hire recruiters, and set performance KPIs.
Lead, train, and mentor a high-performing recruiting team.
Drive a culture of accountability, inclusion, and excellence.
Implement systems, tools, and repeatable processes for consistent delivery.
Strategic Impact
Collaborate with leadership to align recruiting with mid-market business goals.
Track key recruiting metrics to evaluate team effectiveness, placements, and client satisfaction.
Share market intelligence and candidate insights to optimize strategy.
What You Bring
4+ years of recruiting experience (agency or RPO), with 1+ year of team management.
A proven track record of hiring, managing, and scaling teams in fast-paced, KPI-obsessed environments.
Demonstrated success exceeding placement goals and performance benchmarks.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to hire, motivate, and retain a winning team.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Deep knowledge of full-cycle IT recruiting, sourcing strategies, and tools (ATS/CRM systems).
Passion for delivering high-quality talent solutions with a focus on diversity and inclusion.
