Employment Type: Full-Time / Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm EST
Compensation: $2000 base + generous performance bonuses

What You’ll Do
As the B2B Full-Cycle Sales Manager, you'll own the sales pipeline—from initial outreach to contract close—while helping define the strategy for our client's mid-market entry. Your role will be critical in translating the company’s enterprise strengths into scalable, value-driven offerings for small and mid-sized businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies targeting mid-market clients.
Qualify and engage prospects through discovery calls and tailored presentations.
Manage the full sales cycle: from lead generation through proposal, negotiation, and close.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handoff and client onboarding process.
Deliver market insights and feedback to support continuous improvement in service offerings.
Represent the client's values of integrity, agility, quality, and diversity in all client interactions.
Who We’re Looking For
Must-Haves:
3–5+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience in the staffing/recruiting or HR industries.
An organized hunter with a proven sales record and ability to lead & manage a team based on KPIs and results.
Strong lead generation and client acquisition skills, especially in mid-market environments.
Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce.
Highly self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and adaptability.
Experience working in or with mission-driven or minority-owned organizations.
