Position Summary

The Purchasing Agent will play a key role in supporting the company’s supply chain operations by managing the procurement of essential materials, components, and services. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong negotiation abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage vendor relationships, including contract and price negotiations, while evaluating supplier performance.

• Issue purchase orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery aligned with production and operational timelines.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Development, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure purchasing aligns with inventory needs and budget parameters.

• Maintain accurate purchasing records, cost data, and supplier information within ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain, preferably within consumer electronics, fitness equipment, or manufacturing sectors.

• Strong skills in negotiation, communication, and organization.

• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP) and standard office software tools (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace).

Compensation

• $1,500 USD/month
