Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $1,500 – $1,900 USD/month

Job Summary:
The Customer Service Representative will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing support through email, chat, and phone. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator with strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset, dedicated to ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone
Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and account-related issues
Effectively resolve customer complaints while maintaining a positive and empathetic approach
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and escalate issues when necessary
Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address customer concerns
Highlight recurring issues and contribute feedback to improve processes
Stay informed on products, services, and company policies
Requirements:
Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written)
Prior experience in customer service, support, or a similar role
Strong conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently in a remote work environment
Excellent written and verbal communication
Familiarity with customer support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) and CRM platforms
Flexible availability to support customers across different time zones
Interest or background in fitness, wellness, or health-related fields is a plus
