Our client works directly with fast-scaling founders and CEOs—many without a CFO or COO—who need strategic financial and operational support. The firm also advises a wide range of businesses across CPG, retail, wellness, beauty, and service-based sectors to sharpen strategy and drive growth.
The Role
As the Sales & Client Relations Coordinator, you’ll be more than just a salesperson. You’ll co-build outbound strategies, nurture warm leads, and play a key role in managing long-term client relationships. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who’s equal parts strategic, organized, and people-focused.
You’ll collaborate closely with the founder and help shape how the business grows smarter and serves clients better.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Sales & Lead Generation
Co-develop and continuously refine outbound sales strategy (targeting, messaging, tools)
Identify and prospect high-growth businesses (CPG, retail, agencies, wellness, etc.)
Launch personalized outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and curated lists
Qualify leads and engage key decision-makers (founders, CEOs, operators)
Track conversion data and iterate on outreach tactics regularly
Client Success & Relationship Management
Conduct proactive monthly/quarterly client check-ins
Capture insights, identify upsell or referral opportunities
Collaborate on testimonials, case studies, and client feedback loops
Ensure client interactions remain personal, intentional, and consistent
Sales Ops & Admin
Send call reminders, follow-up emails, and onboarding materials
Maintain accurate CRM records (calls, lead statuses, follow-ups)
What We’re Looking For
1+ year experience in outbound sales with a U.S.-based company
Excellent English—confident, clear, and conversational (spoken & written)
Naturally organized and detail-oriented—you always follow up
Proactive mindset—you seek improvement, not just instruction
Strong interpersonal skills—comfortable engaging high-level business owners
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other prospecting tools (preferred)
Experience in consulting, operations, or finance environments is a plus
Availability to work MST hours preferred
Compensation & Benefits
Base Pay: $1,500 USD/month + performance bonuses
Performance Bonuses:
$50 per qualified call that shows
$50 per closed deal from your outreach
